"Nikmat has a special way of making you feel comfortable and assured, which is especially important when you’re making a life-changing and often stressful decision like buying or selling a home. He communicated clearly throughout the entire journey, making sure we understood the process and what to expect at every step. But what stood out most to us was his honesty. Can means can. Cannot means cannot. No sugarcoating and no hard selling. He also took the time to crunch the numbers properly, making sure we could comfortably afford our next home, service the mortgage, and still have enough cash savings for our renovation. That gave us a lot of confidence in the decisions we were making. All in all, if you want your property journey to be open, transparent and focused on the long term, with a little bit of jokes and fun to lighten the tense moments, Nikmat is your guy. Thanks to Nikmat, my family and I managed to achieve everything on our wishlist: upgrading from a 4-room to a 5-room flat, getting a balcony, a corner unit, and most importantly, a location right beside our son’s primary school. Thank you, Nikmat, for making our home journey so smooth and for being with us throughout the process. We truly appreciate it!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – A Truly Top-Tier Property Agent! I had an excellent experience working with Nikmat, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best property agents I have come across. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to his clients, Nikmat is definitely someone I would recommend without hesitation. From the very beginning, Nikmat took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and concerns. He did not simply push properties or try to close a deal quickly. Instead, he provided thoughtful advice, presented suitable options, and gave honest opinions, even when it meant telling me what I perhaps didn’t want to hear! That level of sincerity and professionalism is something I really appreciated. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and proactive approach. Nikmat was always one step ahead, keeping me informed, anticipating potential issues, and making sure that every part of the process was properly handled. He was responsive whenever I had questions and was always willing to explain things clearly, patiently, and without making me feel like I was asking “too many questions.” 😄 His knowledge of the property market, coupled with his ability to understand the practical and financial considerations involved, really gave me confidence throughout the journey. He was also a strong negotiator, firm when necessary, but always respectful and professional. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants his clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Beyond his professional capabilities, Nikmat is simply a great person to work with. He is friendly, approachable, patient, and easy to communicate with. Buying or selling a property can be stressful enough, so having someone who can remain calm, positive, and reassuring makes a huge difference. I also appreciate that Nikmat does not treat clients as just another transaction. He builds relationships, follows through on his commitments, and makes you feel that your interests genuinely matter. That, to me, is what separates a good property agent from a top-tier one. And if I had to find one weakness… perhaps it is that he makes the whole property process look so easy that you might forget how much work he is actually doing behind the scenes! 😂 Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Nikmat to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding property agent. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply looking for honest professional advice, Nikmat is someone you can trust to go the extra mile. Professionalism ✔️ Knowledge ✔️ Responsiveness ✔️ Negotiation skills ✔️ Integrity ✔️ Genuine care for clients ✔️ A true five-star experience. Keep up the excellent work, Nikmat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

He knows the market and ways to manage situations and people."

"We engaged Nikmat to help us with both the selling of our house and the purchase of our new place. Going into the process, we were quite clueless and unfamiliar with all the steps involved. Nikmat was patient in guiding us through everything, clearly explaining what needed to be done and what to expect at each stage. He also mapped out the finances clearly and was upfront with us throughout the process. We appreciated the regular updates and follow-ups, especially the reminders on appointments, payment timelines, and what was coming next, which made things feel much less overwhelming. For the selling process, he advised us on how to better showcase our home and we were able to secure a buyer smoothly. During the house hunting process, he arranged all the viewings and was accommodating even when we had our young daughter tagging along. He also worked around our schedules and gave practical advice on the houses we viewed based on their condition and pricing. Despite us eventually choosing a house that went against his recommendation 😂, he was still understanding and supportive of our decision. He even helped arrange a last-minute viewing for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, Nikmat was very involved throughout the journey, well-organised, and someone we could rely on for guidance during what could have otherwise been a stressful process."

I never felt pressured, and I always felt that my interests came first. He also went the extra mile by explaining important aspects of property ownership beyond just the purchase itself. He shared valuable insights about long-term planning, including how property can support savings plans and retirement planning. That level of care and forward-thinking advice really impressed me. Today, 02 March 2026, I finally received my keys after about six months of waiting since we started the process. "Nikmat helped us with the sale of our first home. He followed up by assisting us to get our forever home. Nikmat had already understood our requirements for our new home and advice us on the units that best match our criteria. He was very patience if us, as we visited to almost 20 plus units, before landing on to the unit that all of us agreed on. But then came another obstacle, buying the house at the valuation that we can gain advantage from. With the help of Nikmat's advice and divine intervention, everything fall nicely into place. With the calculation made by Nikmat, we are happy to purchase our forever home with extra cash in hand and also projected to finish paying off the house before either of us retire. Nikmat was able to communicate clearly on every step of the purchasing process and was empathetic at all times, trying his best to position himself in our situation. We are more than pleased and recommend future homeowners to have a conversation with Nikmat. He is very knowledgeable and back every statement with statistics. "the best agent in singapore"

"Nik has been my property agent since 2022, when he successfully made me a proud homeowner. 2 years down the road, Nik has also made me a landlord, twice, by getting 2 engineers to lease my extra room. The second lease just started last week. I save Nik’s number as “Super Agent Nikmat ERA” on my iPhone because he truly is, honest to GOD, the best agent I have ever worked with! There are not enough positive words to describe Nik. Think of all the great words you can positively describe a person who has professionally done his job and responsibilities that for me as a client, only see positive outcomes. All the time. "I chanced upon Nikmat on Instagram and was captivated by how he was sitting in front of a camera and just belting out property-related nuggets of information. The videos were simple with no frills and ra-ra but they were very comprehensive. I acquired much knowledge purely by watching his short videos. Thereafter, I engaged him and he was very professional in the services he rendered. He is a candid and down-to-earth chap. I asked him a ton of questions and he was very receptive to that and answered all my queries readily and provided me with thorough explanations. During the viewing processes, he encountered some setbacks but he just took it in his stride and was calm and composed about it. At the end, during the signing of the agreement, he explained everything to the tee and made sure that it was a smooth process for both parties, the landlord and tenant. I would definitely engage Nikmat for all of my future property-related matters. His foodie recommendations are 100% on point! "
